1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:

3. How to Request a Return
To start your return:

4. Return Pickup / Delivery

You may be required to send the item back to our address through a courier service.

In case of wrong or damaged delivery, return shipping cost will be covered by us.

For all other returns, shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund or Exchange
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method or via bank transfer.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be processed as a return.
